Cancellation policy

 

Cancelations:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed for shipment.
  • In most cases, made-to-order products (such as my selection of baby one-piece outfits) are fulfilled very quickly to reduce shipping delays by my production partner, Printful. Therefore, cancelations may not be possible in this regard.
  • However, if an order is cancelled before it is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Therefore, please contact me ASAP.

 

Pre-orders:

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. Because the item is specifically reserved for you, pre-orders are considered to be final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once they are placed.
  • Estimated arrival & delivery times will be listed on each product page.
  • Pre-ordered items are not in stock yet, therefore please plan in advance for lengthy lead times - in some instances up to 6 weeks.
  • If there are any issues / delays on the supplier's side, I will communicate with you right away. If an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued ASAP.
  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, the full order will ship together once the pre-ordered item has arrived (unless otherwise stated).
