Refund policy

I want you to LOVE what you ordered. So if something isn't quite right, please contact me ASAP.

 

Return window:

  • Unless otherwise stated, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery - except for International shipments.
  • Due to the cost and complexity of International shipping, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
  • All items must be in their original packaging and in unused, original condition to be eligible for a full refund. That means items should be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note that pre-orders are custom ordered and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • Made-to-order products (such as my selection of baby one-piece outfits) are custom-made for each order and shipped out by my production partner, Printful. Therefore, returns or exchanges are unavailable, unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise incorrect.

 

How to start a return:

  • Please contact me before sending anything back and I will provide you with the necessary instructions to make the process smooth.
  • To start a return, you can contact me at shalomneedlecraft@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent back at your own expense. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Once I have received and inspected the returned item, and have confirmed that it is in original condition, I will begin the process of issuing you a refund to your original payment method.

 

Damages and delivery issues:

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If the item is incorrect, defective or damaged in any way, please contact me immediately so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Made-to-order products (such as my selection of baby one-piece outfits) are custom-made and shipped out by my production partner, Printful. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order regarding issues such as misprints, damaged items, or fulfillment errors and we will work together to resolve the problem.

 

Cancelations:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed for shipment.
  • Please note that pre-orders and made-to-order products are created especially for you and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • However, if an order is cancelled prior to fulfillment, then a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Therefore, please make sure to contact me ASAP.

 

Important details:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • I do not accept returns / issue refunds on digital products (such as PDF patterns), final sale, or custom orders.
  • I also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Exchanges are not accepted.
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Once I've received and inspected your return, I will contact you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
  • As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
